Congress Hears WikiLeaks Is 'Fundamentally Different' From Media
The Justice Department would have no problem distinguishing WikiLeaks from traditional media outlets, should it decide to charge WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange with violating the Espionage Act, a former federal prosecutor told lawmakers Thursday.
